Minus Depth is mainly a freediving school located in Sharm Al Sheikh, founded by AIDA instructor Mamdouh Mohamed. Our goal is to provide high-quality education and a safe training environment that ensures all participants, from beginners to experienced divers, can master the art of freediving while adhering to strict safety protocols.
